那天7月31日索友聚会， 我负责做了一道午餐 “鸡蓉蘑菇奶油浓汤” 嘻嘻嘻效果出来不错哦。。。 大家吃了都给了很多意见。。。 高兴呢！！！！ 虽然大热的天在厨房里呆着但成果出来后得到同学们一致认同的好评， 呵呵呵所以再辛苦还是值得的。。。

 

所以为了更多同学能够也可以在家自己弄美食，所以我决定再blog里加上这方子。。。。

 

Mushroom Soup

Serves 4-6

2 Liter mushroom stock with butter(recipe below) ~~~ 2升 蘑菇汤清汤
2 cups Mushrooms slice or diced ~~~ 2杯蘑菇切丁或者是切片
4 slice Minced chicken ~~~ 4 片鸡胸肉[剁碎]
5 slice bacon ~~~ 5片培根 [其实可以不必放要是蘑菇够量的话]
2 stalks celery ~~~ 2根西芹
2 onion ~~~ 2粒黄洋葱
4 large potatoes ~~~ 4粒马铃薯
250ml whip cream ~~~ 250ml鲜奶油
100ml batter ~~~ 100ml面粉糊 [可以用5tbsp的粟粉+水调匀代替]
butter ~~~ 牛油[适量]

>>> basil, thyme, oregano(optiona可放可不放l), salt & pepper to taste

1. Mushrooms,potato, bacon stir fry in a saucepan with melted butter around 15mins, then put aside ready to use.
平底锅放入牛油软化然后加入蘑菇丁，马铃薯丁， 培根丝，中火炒香大概15分钟

2. Celery, onion, and potatoes and cook in mushroom stock (from “Mushroom Stew” recipe**) until tender.
另外一个汤锅倒入蘑菇汤，然后把西芹，黄洋葱，马铃薯都加入，然后慢火熬上30-45分钟。 要是马铃薯不在指定的时间软化，可以先把马铃薯放入微波炉转熟，然后再放入汤里。 

3. Add in (1) into (2) continue cook for another1 0mins then add in batter or corn stach for thickening.  Continue cook for another 10mins then add in a dash of basil, thyme and oregano for more flavour.  stir in whip cream cook a few more minutes.  Salt and pepper to taste.
把材料(1)加入材料(2)继续煮上10分钟之后加入调好的面粉糊或者是粟粉糊， 继续煮上10分钟，之后加入少许的罗勒，百里香，牛至叶倒入鲜奶油，不停的搅拌。 然后调入盐以及黑胡椒粉就可以上桌了。

 

** mushroom stock, use 2 Ltr. water and cook 3 cups mushrooms with 1/4 stick of butter until tender, then add other ingredients.
